How do you know what to send me?

What if I don’t like to receive a blind box for the month?
No worries! Use our Shop or Skip option. If you skip a month, your subscription value converts into store credits for future use or gifting. Our customer care team will also work to improve your future selections.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! Notify us by the 25th of the month to cancel delivery. Your subscription value converts into store credits, which never expire but must be used within 6 months for refunds.
Are there additional perks for Curva Club members?
Definitely! Depending on your plan, perks include:

When will my box arrive?
Fulfillment begins every 10th of the month.
Deliveries take 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial areas.
What happens if my item doesn’t fit?
We have a 30 day replacement. For Members, if you think you need to update your sizing or sizing preference please notify us so we can update your profile.
Members: Waived restocking for replacements.
Guests: ₱200 restocking fee plus shipping fees for returns and reshipping.Update your size preferences before the 5th of the month to avoid sizing issues.
What is your refund policy?
Membership Plans:
Refunds available for unused store credits if you cancel within 6 months.
Store credit never expires you can use anytime to shop.
Product Orders: 30 days refunds for defective/damaged items or stocking issues.
