Curva Club membership is just ₱2,500 per month—no fuss, no hidden fees.

The plan comes with exclusive perks, personalized style curation, and up to 40% savings on product value. Effortless style has never been this rewarding!

How do you know what to send me?

We’ve got our secret weapon: the Smart Stylist. It help us understand your size, preferences, and lifestyle to deliver items that fit like a dream and match your vibe.

What if I don’t like to receive a blind box for the month?

No worries! Use our Shop or Skip option. If you skip a month, your subscription value converts into store credits for future use or gifting. Our customer care team will also work to improve your future selections.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! Notify us before the 25th of the month to cancel delivery. Your subscription value converts into store credits, which never expire but must be used within 6 months for refunds.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! Cancel your membership before the 30th of the month to avoid being charged on the next billing date which is on the 1st.

Are there additional perks for Curva Club members?

Definitely! Depending on your plan, perks include:

When will my box arrive?

Fulfillment begins every 10th of the month.

Deliveries take 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial areas.

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! Purchase a subscription and let us know it’s a gift. You can also convert store credits into gift cards for your loved ones.

What happens if my item doesn’t fit?

We have a 30 day replacement.

Members: Waived restocking for replacements.

Guests: ₱200 restocking fee plus shipping fees for returns and reshipping.Update your size preferences before the 5th of the month to avoid sizing issues.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do! Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila, and the shipping fee will depend on the courier’s rates.

What is your refund policy?

Membership Plans:
Refunds available for unused store credits if you cancel within 6 months.
Store credit never expires you can use anytime to shop.

What is your replacement policy?

Membership Plans: Subscribers can for a replacement within 30 days. Restocking fees are waived, but shipping fees will still apply.

Guests: We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items with no additional fees. However, for size or preference-based replacements (if the wrong size was ordered), customers will need to cover the shipping cost and a ₱200 restocking fee per item. All replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email us at support@curvashapewear.com with your request.
  • Include a photo or video showing the item with the bag, tags, and labels still intact.
  • Follow the instructions provided in our response.
What happens if the tags or packaging are damaged or missing?

If the tags, labels, or packaging are damaged or missing, your return or exchange request will not be approved as it does not align with our policy.

How is the return process completed?

Once your documentation is approved:

  • -We will arrange a pickup via LBC.
  • -You will receive a booking confirmation and the shipping fee amount.
  • -The shipping fee is payable directly to the rider at the time of pickup.
What happens after the returned item is received?

Upon receiving the item:

  • -We conduct a thorough quality check to ensure it complies with our return,refund and exchange policy.
  • -If approved, we will process your replacement and send an invoice for the shipping fee and the 200 php restocking fee.
Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?
