Yes! Notify us before the 25th of the month to cancel delivery. Your subscription value converts into store credits, which never expire but must be used within 6 months for refunds.
Of course! Cancel your membership before the 30th of the month to avoid being charged on the next billing date which is on the 1st.

Membership Plans: Subscribers can for a replacement within 30 days. Restocking fees are waived, but shipping fees will still apply.
Guests: We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items with no additional fees. However, for size or preference-based replacements (if the wrong size was ordered), customers will need to cover the shipping cost and a ₱200 restocking fee per item. All replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@curvashapewear.com with your request.
- Include a photo or video showing the item with the bag, tags, and labels still intact.
- Follow the instructions provided in our response.
If the tags, labels, or packaging are damaged or missing, your return or exchange request will not be approved as it does not align with our policy.
Once your documentation is approved:
- -We will arrange a pickup via LBC.
- -You will receive a booking confirmation and the shipping fee amount.
- -The shipping fee is payable directly to the rider at the time of pickup.
Upon receiving the item:
- -We conduct a thorough quality check to ensure it complies with our return,refund and exchange policy.
- -If approved, we will process your replacement and send an invoice for the shipping fee and the 200 php restocking fee.
